Considered to be one of the most nutritious foods available, Bee Pollen is approximately 35% vegetable protein and contains around 18 vitamins, 25 minerals, over 20 amino acids, 60 trace elements and is loaded with enzymes, co-enzymes, essential fatty acids and slow releasing carbohydrates. It is extremely rich in B vitamins, vitamins C, D, E, Lecithin, cysteine and carotenes, which are metabolic precursors of vitamin A.

Many of the nutrients in bee pollen have been scientifically documented for their ability to strengthen immunity and counteract the effects of radiation and chemical toxins.

Dosage
