Japanese Sea Vegetable Salad is unbleached and undyed, and when soaked and served with a vinaigrette dressing it makes an ideal side salad.
Ingredients: Dried sea vegetables: wakame (Undaria pinnatifida), agar (Gelidium spp.), aka tsunomata (Chondrus ocellatus).
