Westcombe Raw, Unpasteurised Cheddar Cheese is produced in small volume the traditional unpasteurised way since 1890, without the use of pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, chemicals or mass manufacturing, our raw Cheddar from grass fed cows is aged for up to 20 months resulting in a handmade cheese of the finest quality.
Unlike pasteurised cheese, our Raw, Unpasteurised Cheddar Cheese is very easy to digest as the culturing process breaks down the lactose and predigests the milk proteins.
