Red23 Milk Chocolate is made using the highest grade raw, unroasted cocoa mass. Raw Cocoa Mass is basically unheated chocolate powder which is created by grinding and cold milling the fibre and protein portion of the raw cacao bean into a smooth, rich chocolate powder.
Raw Cacao Mass is incredibly nutrient dense, being a good source of the minerals chromium, zinc and iron and especially rich in the mineral magnesium. Raw Cacao mass contains vitamin C and is thought to be the number 1 source of antioxidants of any known food!
