Consumer Terms of Sale

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our store and add any products you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished with your selections, click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will be required to provide a few details that are needed by us to process your order.
Payment is accepted by credit card, which will be charged in GBP. If you are shopping from overseas your credit card company will convert the sterling into your own currency.
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. You can send us your credit card information by phone, fax, snail mail or via the Internet.
When you receive our order confirmation, this is to confirm that we have received your order, not that a contact exists between us. Acceptance of your order is confirmed and a contact exist between us when we send you an invoice. This is to protect us in case we have made a pricing error, which may have been inadvertently under priced, or we are unable to supply a product for any reason. In the case of a pricing change, we will contact you to make sure the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
For UK Orders:
Single item - £3.00, dispatched 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Multiple items (Up to 30KG) - We charge £6.95 for next working day delivery, sent by Parcelforce.

International Orders:

£9.00 for a single item, plus £5.00 for every item after, dispatched 1st class International Priority Mail (Signed For)

International Flat Rates:
These rates are more cost effective for larger orders up to 30KG. The countries listed below are the only ones we have flat rates for. All other countries are charged at our International Orders standard shipping rate charges above.

Delivery Schedule:

All items are dispatched same day or next day unless the items ordered are out of stock. We will contact you by phone or email to advise when we expect the items to be back in stock and an expected delivery date.

Uk Single item orders are dispatched 1st class for next day delivery.

Uk Multiple item orders are dispatched by courier for next working day delivery. Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost.

Orders within Europe are generally received in under 5 days.

Orders outside Europe are generally received in under 10 days.

Most deliveries will need to be signed for. If you are not going to be there please provide an alternate address, such as your work address. You can also add a special instruction to your order if you want to leave your package within the perimeters of your property, with a neighbour or with a work colleague. Under these circumstances we take No responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site
 
Returns Policy Any unused goods which have been bought in error can be returned to us "as new" within seven days of receipt of your purchase (as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Please phone us on 0208 518 5544 first, so we can help you return the item correctly. Postage costs on the returned item will not be refunded. We charge a 10% restocking fee on each item returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies.
