Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our store and add any products you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished with your selections, click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will be required to provide a few details that are needed by us to process your order.
Payment is accepted by credit card, which will be charged in GBP. If you are shopping from overseas your credit card company will convert the sterling into your own currency.
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. You can send us your credit card information by phone, fax, snail mail or via the Internet.
When you receive our order confirmation, this is to confirm that we have received your order, not that a contact exists between us. Acceptance of your order is confirmed and a contact exist between us when we send you an invoice. This is to protect us in case we have made a pricing error, which may have been inadvertently under priced, or we are unable to supply a product for any reason. In the case of a pricing change, we will contact you to make sure the price is acceptable.

Single item - £3.00, dispatched 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Multiple items up to 3.5kg £4.95 dispatched 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Multiple items over 3.5kg £6.95 for next working day delivery, sent by DPD.
Single item £9.00 dispatched 1st class International Priority Mail (Signed For)
Multiple items up to 2kg £14.00 dispatched 1st class International Priority Mail (Signed For)

We aim to dispatch all orders with 1-3 working days, unless the items ordered are out of stock. We will contact you by phone or email to advise when we expect the items to be back in stock and an expected delivery date.
Uk orders up to 3.5kg are dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for delivery usually within 3 working days
Uk orders over 3.5kg are usually dispatched by DPD courier for next working day delivery. Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost.
Orders within Europe are generally received in under 5 days.
Orders outside Europe are generally received in under 10 days.
Most deliveries will need to be signed for. If you are not going to be there please provide an alternate address, such as your work address. You can also add a special instruction to your order if you want to leave your package within the perimeters of your property, with a neighbour or with a work colleague. Under these circumstances we take No responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.
International parcels under 2kg are sent on a 1st Class International signed for postal service, the delivery agent across much of Europe is GLS, your parcel can often be tracked on the GLS website in your local country.
If you are out when delivery is attempted, you should receive a calling card from the delivery agent, you can arrange redelivery of your parcel, or collect in person from your local delivery depot.
If redelivery or collection is not arranged, your parcel will be returned to us within the set timescale of your local delivery company. Many parcels are returned in around 7 days, but can sometimes take up to 1 month, depending on the country.
We are unable to re-send orders, or offer a refund, until the parcel has been received back with us.
If delivery has been attempted and you were out at the time, we will not refund any shipping charges you have paid. If you have provided an address with any details missing, that are required by your local delivery agent, we will not refund any shipping charges paid.
We rely on the tracking details of the local delivery agent, if the tracking information shows that delivery has been attempted, we will regard this as confirmation.
If you are not happy with any of these international conditions of sale, you have the option of collecting your order from our facility, using your own carrier.
If your item is out of stock, we will back order for you. We will always send you an email with the option to cancel your order if you don’t want to wait.
Credit Card Security
We use the payment service provider (PSP) Sage Pay to process all online transactions. Sage Pay encrypt every transaction to the highest global standards. Our secure systems are scanned and audited regularly by one of the world’s leading Qualified Security Assessors (QSA) so that you can be confident about using them to make a secure payment online. Sage pay is audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance, Sage Pay are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
Any unused goods which have been bought in error can be returned to us "as new" within seven days of receipt of your purchase (as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Please phone us on 0208 501 5544 first, so we can help you return the item correctly. Postage costs on the returned item will not be refunded.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
