DPD 24 Hour - £6.95 (Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day, on the DPD 24 Hour Service. Although the service has a very high next (working) day delivery success rate, this is not a guaranteed service and we will not offer refunds for any delivery charges paid, if orders are not delivered next day.
DPD provide a 1 hour delivery window by email or text.

How can I change my 1 hour DPD delivery slot?
- You can't change your timeslot but you can still get your parcel.
- DPD can leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, or drop it off at your local shop.
DPD have the best parcel shop network in the UK, there are over 2,500 convenient Pickup Shops — that’s one within a 10-minute drive of 93% of the population. In London, that jumps up to an average walking distance of just 5 minutes.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. We do not dispatch on weekends, so orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday regardless of the shipping option selected.
All delivery times quoted are in working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Although on occasion of our delivery partners, at their discretion, may attempt delivery on Saturday for your added convenience.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email to let you know. You have the option of a refund on this item, or to place the item on back order, we will advise when the item is expected to return back in stock.

Over 2kg - 20kg DPD Europe (Estimate 2-5 days):
International Orders under 2kg are sent on a 1st Class International signed for postal service. The delivery agent across much of Europe is GLS or the local postal services. Your parcel can often be tracked on the GLS website - GLS parcel tracking or the website of the local postal services. We supply a tracking reference by email when your order has been dispatched.
If you are out when delivery is attempted, you should receive a calling card from the delivery agent, you can arrange redelivery of your parcel, or collect in person from your local delivery depot. If a calling card isn’t left, this is out of our control and we can take no responsibility.
If redelivery or collection is not arranged, your parcel will be returned to us within the set timescale of your local delivery company. Many parcels are returned in around 7 days, but can sometimes take up to 1 month, depending on the country.
We are unable to re-send orders or offer a refund until the parcel has been received back with us.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee for any returned orders, we will not offer a refund for any perishable goods or sale items that are shortly dated.
If delivery has been attempted and you were out at the time, we will not refund any shipping charges you have paid. If you have provided an address with any details missing, that are required by your local delivery agent, we will not refund any shipping charges paid.
We rely on the tracking details of the local delivery agent, if the tracking information shows that delivery has been attempted, we will regard this as confirmation.
The onus is on the customer to monitor the delivery progress of their order at all times.
If you are not happy with any of these international conditions of sale, you have the option of collecting your order from our facility, using your own carrier.
Any unused goods which have been bought in error can be returned to us "as new" within seven days of receipt of your purchase (as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
