Organic Cold Milled Flax Seeds have been broken down so that the Omega 3 oils can be absorbed, if you eat whole flax seeds you may not be benefiting from the nutrition and essential fats as whole flax seeds can’t be digested.

The Milled flax seed are cold milled at low temperatures (below 42°C) to retain the full nutritional properties.

Manufactured using a unique processing method, our cold milled flax seed uses a special flaking process, which breaks the seeds, but leaves the oil in the meat of the seeds, and is ground straight into the bag.

Our Milled Flax Seed bags are immediately vacuum-packed to remove any air and light, they are both re-sealable and light proof.
